Doing great things requires more than a great product, it requires a great culture and team as well. At Asana, we’ve assembled a group of peers who are motivated by our core values and mission: to help humanity thrive by enabling all teams to work together effortlessly.

    I would really love to be able to:

    1. Move or duplicate tasks or projects from the private workspace to one of the organizations’.

    2. Adjust the order of projects in the left-hand sidebar so I can group them together and prioritize them.

I’m so happy I left Basecamp and came to work with you guys. I enjoy using Asana every day, even when I usually just work alone.

    As a working professional completely slowly transitioning into running a startup, finding information like this is absolutely critical! I know how I don’t want my company to run, but knowing how those companies I look up to operate as a business really puts structure to the unknown.

    Thank you guys for abiding by your own rule of transparency! By teaching others how you function, helps people like me learn and grow our own respective companies.

    The Asana culture has been an inspiration ever since I first discovered your product last year. The team culture at our small company is innately collaborative, but geographic and schedule distribution make meaningful, asynchronous dialogue difficult. Email and ZenDesk are useful, but tracking an idea or issue from inception–>implementation–>evaluation inevitably led to disconnects.

    Along came Asana! I began using Asana personally, then introduced it to the owner. As we invited teammate after teammate to join us, interest and excitement grew. Enforcing the use of some tool or procedure to enable collaboration and information sharing never works, and runs counter to our culture. Thank you for providing a system for intuitive collaboration for high-performance teams! It is evident to anyone who uses Asana: your culture is the cornerstone of the design.

    This is a fabulous video and so is the content that it highlights. I just presented to 250 employees in Davis, CA on creating the culture you want in the workplace rather than letting the culture be created by default.

    I don’t know where to inquire about this, but I am involved in a group called the National Association of Professional Organizers and the San Francisco Bay Area chapter is hosting a Small Business Summit on Friday, March 21st for productivity consultants, organizers, small business owners and entrepreneurs. We are doing an Apps Showcase and inviting companies that have created/designed apps to come highlight their apps for our attendees. Let me know if Asana would be interested in sending someone to be at the Apps Showcase. I am a heavy user of Asana with my team, and as a productivity consultant and business coach, I am constantly recommending it. I would love to welcome Asana to the summit and have you be a part of it!
