To Enter: Asana’s Billionth Task Giveaway begins on June 27, 2017 and ends on July 8, 2017. To enter, just tell us about the best, weirdest, or funniest task you’ve ever created in Asana. Share your story with us on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram using the hashtag #billiontasks and mention @asana.
Eligibility: This contest is open to global countries where Asana is available. To participate you need to be age 18 or older. Asana employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Entries must be complete to be eligible (so be sure to include both the #billiontasks and mention Asana using @asana). Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Void where prohibited by law including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths and territories.
Prizes: Fifty (50) winners will be chosen and each will receive an Asana swag box with various fun Asana branded items. Contents of swag boxes will vary and will be awarded randomly.
Selection of Winners: Entries will be judged on creativity, humor and thematic consistency. We’ll pick up to 50 winners and will share your story on social media. Prize winners will be selected on or about Friday, July 14, 2017. Official notice to winners will be via the social media channel on which they post their entry. Prizes will be shipped upon completion of the prize claiming process. Unclaimed prizes will remain un-awarded.
General rules: Asana reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend all or a portion of the Contest should non-authorized human interference, fraud, internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of Asana corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this Contest. Asana assumes no responsibility for lost, late, or illegible entries. Asana is not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the prizes or participation in this Contest. By entering into this Contest you hereby grant Asana permission to publish your name and your entry on social media channels, on its website and in marketing and promotional materials. For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Asana, Inc. Billionth Task Contest, Attn: Marketing Department, 1550 Bryant Street, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103 within eight (8) weeks following the date on which winners are announced.
