“Every time we talk to a new customer, we learn a new way that we’re enabling a team to succeed.”

When our cofounder Dustin Moskovitz wrote that a few years back, Asana was still emerging as a new way for teams to manage and track their shared tasks and projects. Now, four years into building our business with Asana Premium, Asana is one of today’s fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies.

We’ve always believed that the success of Asana and the success of our customers is a two-way street. So to celebrate this milestone, we’re prouder than ever to share how teams have been doing great things together with Asana over the past four years.

And we want to celebrate you, too! Share what your team has done #withAsana, and we’ll send you a t-shirt.* Check out the details at the bottom of this post.

Tribeca Film Festival: Celebrating creativity and art #withAsana

#withasanaAround the same time that we were getting ready to celebrate four years of Asana Premium, the team at Tribeca Film Festival was preparing for its 15th year of showcasing the power of film. In addition to hosting the annual festival where prestigious awards are handed out to filmmakers from around the world, Tribeca Film has become a platform that celebrates creativity and art year-round. We’re proud to help the Tribeca Film Festival create amazing experiences for their community.

“There are a million moving pieces to keep track of putting on an event like the Tribeca Film Festival. Asana is where we track every piece of creative, from signage to digital assets. Asana has helped us create an experience that our team is proud of.” Jaime Fallon, Head of Creative Services at Tribeca Film Festival

Pantheon: Building the heroic infrastructure for the web #withAsana

#withasanaPantheon has set out to build the heroic infrastructure for the web with a new way to create and manage websites. They’re also heroic in their commitment to efficiency and clarity as a team. The Pantheon team uses Asana to provide better visibility across the company and to execute on more ambitious projects faster. Asana enables Pantheon to launch products 4x faster.

“Before Asana, we were averaging about 3 launches a year. Now, we’re launching something every month. Asana is helping us launch 4x faster.” Lauren Nguyen, Head of Product Marketing at Pantheon

Looker: Bringing data analytics to business teams #withAsana

A couple of years back, our business technology team at Asana employed a new tool called Looker to help us gather and share key insights about our business. Shortly thereafter, we discovered that the Looker team was using Asana to track and socialize all the key decisions they make to move their work forward. With Asana, Looker helps business teams find, explore, and understand the data that matters to them.

“Asana helps Looker maintain cross-functional alignment for big product launches and marketing campaigns. With Asana, we can keep track of who's doing what, and stay updated on the progress of important projects.” Dillon Morrison, Manager of Product Marketing and Analytics at Looker

Peloton: Reimagining indoor fitness #withAsana

#withasanaA peloton is a pack of cyclists barreling around the road together with precision and efficiency. It’s also the name of one of our conference rooms here at Asana, and the name of a New York-based company that is reimagining indoor cycling. Peloton designs world-class stationary bikes and a new type of technology that connects stationary athletes as they work out. They also run a fully operational cycling studio in downtown NYC, and produce hundreds of hours of video content a month for their riders. Asana helps the Peloton team stay on track and communicate with their customers.

“Asana has increased visibility and efficiency on our team. Everyone on the team has insight into what each person is working on so we can track and move high priority work forward. Asana helps us work more effectively across teams and functions.” Samantha Stoner, Integrated Marketing at Peloton
